Scan PDF's show up blank when faxed.

I've been having an issue with PDF's created from scans showing up blank when I fax them. The only fix I have found is to export the PDF as a PDF and then it attaches just fine. Why is that?

Hmm, this isn't working correctly. I would open a case with Tech Support so they can figure out exactly what's happening!

I already have. Multiple RC reps have attempted to figure it out and each were unsuccessful so they suggested to add it to the community so they can see if others have this issue.
