Desktop App Phone answering box disappearing

When using the Ring Central Desktop Application, when the phone rings the answering box disappears quickly, even if the phone is still ringing. How do i fix this?

Hi @Michael, our latest version is 19.12.1, could you please try that version and let me know if it happens again.
