Hi, our agency has multiple agents. I work from home and would like calls to be forwarded to my cell number. I have a number that rings into our main agency. Is it possible to do that? For example, XXX-XXX-1200 rings into the main office. Instead of the main office handling the call, I would like those calls forwarded to my cell number. Mike

I run the RingCentral App on my smartphone.  It rings when my desktop phone rings, so it does not matter where I am, I can always answer my phone.  When on vacation, I log out of the App.  

Added bonus is that all calls I make using the app look like I am on my desktop phone.  Easy.
