Bose Headset Microphone not realized in RC App (Capital R App Logo on Desktop) Settings

I have a Bose headset and it's connected to my PC and it's recognized in the RC SaaS app, but microphone setting is spinning with the "Loading" statement. The speaker and ringer setting are default stating the Bose headset?

I corrected it by turning the mic on in my PC settings, thanks.

Can you confirm if you're looking at the microphone setting within the app, or on your PC?
