Losing connection with RingCentral on login

When logging in to the desktop application after booting up RingCentral pops up a window and tells me that it's lost connection and I have to re-log in again. We have a few other users in our office also experiencing the same issue.


We are able to log in on the second try so it isn't an emergency, but I'm curious to as why this would happen
