Forward Calls to Call Center/Bypass Company Greeting

Our calls are answered by a virtual receptionist. It takes 10 seconds to "bypass the company extension" and actually connect. Here's what I want:


1. Person Calls

2. One second elapses, NOT TEN

3. Virtual Receptionists phone rings.


Is that possible? It's already set to bypass the greeting and go directly to my extension - which forwards the call. Let's cut out the middle man. Call the number, it's forwarded. The end. How do we do that?

Hi Psonya, 

If you have an unconditional forwarding rule set up, it will bypass all other call handling settings under the extension and immediately forward the call.

If the phone number it is forwarding to is on another carrier, it may still have a couple second delay because it depends on the other carrier to receive that call forward and to route it through their system (which RingCentral cannot control).
