Any reason why mobile RingCentral number properly labelled, but not on Desktop (pic included)

Hi there, is there a reason why contacts are properly named on mobile, but when you view the conversation on the Desktop RingCentral, it's all still numbers.

(It's only recently that I noticed that one is named correctly "Winnie")
