App installed but not being recognized?

I have the Ring Central Meetings app installed, and I have the plug in for Outlook, but lately it hasn't been working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now when I try scheduling a meeting, the meeting will not populate at all in the Outlook appointment. I get an error message that says I need to install the "Ring Meetings for Meetings" app. Literally that error with meetings twice. What can that mean and how do I resolve that?

I found the answer myself!  There is a Ring Central app but also a Ring Central Meetings app. You can find both apps on this page:  https://support.ringcentral.com/s/?language=en_US
