Salesforce Integration: How do I get the field RC Logging Type to auto fill?
Salesforce Integration: How do I get the field RC Logging Type to auto fill with the same Task Subtype value? Right now all of our RC Logging type fields are blank so when I click on the "My Calls Today" report nothing shows up.
