Salesforce Integration: How do I get the field RC Logging Type to auto fill with the same Task Subtype value? Right now all of our RC Logging type fields are blank so when I click on the "My Calls Today" report nothing shows up.

Can I use a workflow rule, then?

Hello Mariah!

There's no option to auto fill it because it is a custom field, you will have to manually enter.
