No Service on my Business line after transferring number

May I know what does it says when you call the number?

My cell provider Verizon says "your call can't be completed at this time". Its been this way for trhe last several hours. I got an email at 11:06am (US east coast time) telling me the transfer was successful. My business number shows up on my rc account .
