Getting Started

Two hours after trying to get tech support from the Philippines, I'm no further ahead. Is there no tech support in the United States where we can hear each other, or we don't get cut off every 15 minutes? I just need to know how to start a meeting and get a link that can be posted on Facebook for others to click on and join? Help?

Hello Susi!

You may check the link below on how to start a meeting. Once you start a meeting, you will see a link that you can copy and post on Facebook.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Mary Rose, do I have to start the meeting first to generate a link, or can I schedule it and then get the link that I can post on Facebook to encourage more participation? Also, the image I've included is what I have to schedule a meeting. Is this the right one that I need?

You may also click Schedule and choose which Calendar you want it to be added. You will then see a link that normally starts with meetings.ringcentral.com/ followed by 10 digits meeting ID.
