RingCentral Meetings detects and issue with your audio

Some of our users get a message during a meeting saying "RingCentral Meetings detects and issue with your audio. If you enter your Mac computer password, we will attempt to restart the service to fix it."

The thing is people are saying they aren't having any audio issues when this is occurring. Is anyone else having this issue?
