Billing: How do I get a refund

I need help, I have been trying to get my account manager to reverse a charge on my account for services I did not request  the,  "Auto Charge"  for "calling credit package"
Below is the details of my plan--
Plan Essential--Details
Cdn $44.99
monthly per user 
Up to 20 users only
  • Business phone or toll-free numbers
  • Unlimited calls within US/CA**
  • Unlimited Business SMS
  • Voicemail-to-text
  • Team messaging
  • Document sharing
I am a small business and do not want to be charged for services I did get.
This forum is my desperate resort to get assistance from RingCentral.

Apologies, I will highly suggest getting in touch with your Account Manager so you can discuss the charges of your bill.

MY account was charge for the year need the refund since I cannot talk to a person please refund
