ring central app 20.2.11 (E. 7.1.8) - does not have URI for TEL ?? the old phone app did

if the new ringcentral app is supposed to replace the phone app, then it needs to have the same features including the URI setup so i can click to have a phone number called when it has the TEL: url the old phone app has this, it is very weird that you don't have the same capability in this new app.
