not all keystrokes recognized when typing in new Glip

When I try to type a text message in Glip (web browser version), somehow it is not recognizing all of my keystrokes. As a result, I am having to type the text in the browser's search bar and then copy and paste into the Glip text message. I believe that it is doing this on various devices, and it is not a problem when typing elsewhere in the browser, so it has to be something with Glip.


It does not seem to be a problem when I am using Glip for inter-office messaging.


How can I fix this problem?

Is the link of the web version you're referring to is app.ringcentral.com?
