Ring central Desktop App crashes at startup on Windows 10 2004

Ringcentral-20. 2.11&2.12 on Windows 10 19041.208 (2004) Hi, I've also tried installing it on a clean install of Windows 10 2004 and the same thing happens. I took a video of it crashing, but the mp4 isn't able to be uploaded to this post. I'm hoping for a solution soon. Thank you very much.
