Is there a way to avoid having so many telephone numbers auto fill the Outlook calendar invite when using the RingCentral Outlook plugin?

Is there a way to avoid having so many telephone numbers auto fill the Outlook calendar invite when using the RingCentral Outlook plugin? it enters 5 different phone numbers that users can use to call in, and is cluttered and confusing. I don't need options for US East, US West, US Central, US North, and US South. I need one call in number and one access code.
