Currently, RingCentral Video supports Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Are there plans to include support for Firefox and Safari in the future?
Since they are currently not supported, invitees who use Firefox or Safari are prompted to download the RingCentral App, which few people are willing to do. And it's an extra hassle even if they do.
This means RingCentral Video is of little use for communication with outside business partners and we're having to opt for Zoom in these cases.
