Ring Central integration with Google Calendar - unable to select RingCentral in VideoConferencing options

Hi, we use G Suite and RingCentral and have until recently been able (using the RC for Google Chrome extension) been able to add a RC Meeting to a Google Calendar event as outlined here - https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/10968-ringcentral-google-calendar?language=en_US. Not any more however. Over the past few weeks many users have reported that the RC Meeting options are no longer available for selection in the Add Videoconferencing dropdown in Google Calendar. Has anyone else seen this happening? Have been to Google who deny that they have made any changes that might affect this. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Chrome extension, and tried installing the RC for G Suite addon for users but without success.
