suppress auto launch when installed

Created a silent installation for the RingCentral Desktop app V20.2.20.147320.2, but the program launches as soon as it has installed. I looked at the msi with orca, but do not see any type of launch property that I can disable. Has anyone come up with a way to stop this?

I use the ALLUSERS=1 msiexec switch. This installs for all users and doesn't auto-launch until the next time they successfully log into Windows. 
ex. msiexec /j RingCentral-20.2.2-x64.msi ALLUSERS=1
