Scheduling a meeting in Ring Central Desktop App....see error message above

Can you post a screenshot here of the error you're getting?

Sorry about this, Linda. Can you please click the Gear icon on the bottom of your screen and click Phone. Make sure that under Default phone app for calling , "Use RingCentral (this app) is selected.
and now that I reinstalled the desktop ring central app...I can no longer make calls and get this message.  can anyone shed some light?


that's the issue I don't see the phone tab....is that a super adm function?  If so, I am an admin, not a super
trying to determine if super admin can check.  Really appreciate your help since I've been at this since yesterday at 9am
