How do I create a new or edit and existing fax cover page?

I downloaded the desktop app (Version: 20.2.31.176 Web, 20.2.30.1656 Windows) but I don't see where I can create a new fax cover page or edit an existing fax cover page.

Hi,

This feature is not available in the new RingCentral App.

Mary, Also one of the challenges is, the RC Classic uninstall does not seem to be working on people's machines (including mine)

We are using RC Video through the GLIP app.

Can you tell us the current version of the app you have?

My machine is showing: 20.2.30.1656, while others are on:

20.2.30
20.2.1
20.2.20.1473

Part of the challenge is these machines are updating at a different pace and there is not consistency when it comes to the version.

I suggest for you to uninstall it for now then download it through this links below if you're using Windows or Mac.

PC: https://app.ringcentral.com/downloads/RingCentral.exe
Mac: https://app.ringcentral.com/downloads/RingCentral.pkg

Then make sure once you go to settings, RingCentral Video is selected.
