SPAM/HACK VM CHARGES (Escalated Response Needed 7/1/20)

Chat contact made to resolve repeated spam/hack of voicemail service with no response. The email referred for xyz has not responded either. How can we have the repeated charges removed from the client's account and receive reassurance that this will not reoccur?
