gif Not working on Desktop App

Hi,

I have not been able to use the gifs, both with the Classic and the New RingCentral Desktop App.

For Classic, I get "

Apologies, I highly suggest to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
If still not working, please open a case. One of our phone support will be contact you as soon as possible.
