Company name isn't showing on incoming calls on the main number

We have our auto-reception set to send calls to a group. That group is setup to present the name of the number that was dialed along with the phone number that is calling. However, there is no name showing up for our main number.


When I click on the main number under "Phone Numbers" --> "Company" it doesn't give me an option to set the name for the main line. How can I have this setup?
