Salesforce integration support out of date

RC support docs show its supports an native integration with Salesforce.com. Client subscribed on that basis. Only to find out that the integration and related support is not compatible with the newer version of Salesforce, which came out over a year ago, called Lightning. This seems like a big selling point. Is there a timetable to make the integration compatible with the current version of Salesforce?

Hello James, Salesforce has not officially made the OpenCTI available for developers. Based on what we have heard it won't be too long. We can assure you Ringcentral will be one of the first CTI integration providers to offer Salesforce Lighting support
