I created app on my ringcentral account but didn't received sandbox password. I have sent an e-mail to dev support but no reply yet.

I created an app and sandbox account was automatically created. I can't find the password for sandbox account number and it was not delivered through e-mail. How can I retrieve the password for sandbox account. I tried to reset the password for sandbox account number but the usual security question is not working either.

I had a similar issue before. I created an app and to my astonishment, the owner email is not mine!

I sent an email to the owner's email address and he replied me with the password.

It's kind of weird and I haven't figured out the root cause.
