Unable to graduate app

I'm having issues getting some of the permissions confirmed. I can successfully ring out but the related permission does not become checked on the list. The same applies to call recordings which I read and downloaded more than 5 times and sending internal messages.

Are there any additional steps required to confirm permissions?

These analytics are updated at the top of each hour for the previous hour's data from your API requests.

Have you checked back after the top of the hour? Did you see the same results?
I'm not sure whether it's exactly every hour but I passed all the requirements today and submitted the graduation request. Thanks for all the help, Benjamin!

Sometimes it doesn't reflect the actual data.. it takes time to show the updated statistics.. there is a refresh icon available at the top right.. try that once to get updated.
