Two questions regarding Ring Central's ability to integrate with Salesforce:


1) Is there an ability to put a link to the recorded phone call in Salesforce?


2) Is there a way to update the field "Last Call or Email Date" via the RC integration in Salesforce?

#1 Do you mean a link to call recording? If so, you can add a custom field named 'Call Recording' to your task page layout to enable it.

#2 You can add custom fields to RC Integration for manual editing. But I am afraid that those fields won't be updated automatically.
