I don't see the EditAccounts Permission

I am having an issue where I can't add (doesn't show up) the "EditAccounts" permission for my RingCentral App

How do I get this to show up?

The App is in dev mode

The only edits I see are "Edit Extensions", "Edit Messages", and "Edit Presence"

I upgraded your account usage plan. You should have access to advanced features now.
