We are exploring RingCentral applications and apps.
Our team has created few applications in sandbox. For some reason we need to reset the client secret of those applications we created.
Any way we can do it? I can't find reset client secret option in the application dashboard.
Once created you cannot reset the client secret.
One way you can do this is to clone that application which you need to reset your client secret.
Once cloned, that cloned application will have a new client secret with all existing features and permissions.
Another way is to submit a support ticket asking the developer support team if they can reset it for you.
