Developer Account Freezing Glip Account

Was invited to Glip at work email (nathan@leandatainc.com), note the dates of email notifications:

Could not use Glip account to create RingCentral bot app, so created a developer account with the same email address, note date of email:

Now, can't log into Glip from Desktop, following links in email above:

Was still logged into Glip on phone from before app creation, glip working:

When you try to log back into Glip what is the error that you are getting. The screenshots did not come across.

Can you please share the details, what errors are you getting. Usually the same account should work Glip as well.

Not sure but the screenshots you pasted in your question is not visible.

Could you pls forward the error and these screenshots to back-end developer support team.

They can take care of your issue.
