Is there a way to upload a pre-recorded Voice Mail message and send it to a number of extensions?

Is there a way to share an existing Voice Mail with many extensions?

I am trying to build a Voicemail broadcast app in a very short timeframe. From the responses on Voicemail Drop it sounds like it is not supported.

I can still se this idea of pre recorded voicemail integration is floating around the community. Not sure if this idea is implemented.
