When we receive a call in our Android App it shows the color circle with the initials and the phone number below it. Is there a way to show the full name instead of the phone number? I don't care what their number is, I need to see their name.

The name does show up in the call history later on but not when the incoming call is ringing in.

May I know which app are you using? Is it the one with the R icon or blue phone symbol?
I have the same problem. Initials show up and cannot identify caller. I thought it might be a placeholder for picture. How do I turn it off and show just the number or callerid+name? @mary-community-moderator
