The file would have been located here C:Users[user's name]AppDataLocalRingCentralSoftPhoneUpdateRingCentralPhone-19.2.2.msi

We need this file to uninstall a prior version and and install the updated version.

I need this older version as well, cannot update or uninstall on my PC currently as it's looking for this file.
