Add to glip missing

I am trying to create a chatbot using "Building a RingCentral AI Chatbot" tutorial. The steps and the video tutorial seems to be outdated. As per the instructional steps we have to select the app and proceed to bot tab, inside the bot screen there will be a button "Add to Glip" which will make us create the bot. Kindly help ASAP.
