Multiple Interrupt Prompts in call queue

Hello, 1st post here

I'm looking for a way to enable multiple interupt prompts while custumors are in a call queue. It would be nice to have some FAQ answers on there to cycle through if the customer wants to know how to do something simple like a password reset.

It looks like you want an IVR within a call queue. Right now, you can only implement menu IVR but I don't think that is what you want to have. We have a new API named Automated Voice API (still in alpha stage) but I am not sure how to integrate this feature with a call waiting in a call queue.
