Is it possible to identify (from Telephony Session Notifications) if a call went to voicemail (vs getting picked up by a person)

I'm already receiving Telephony Session information. Given that data, is it possible to extrapolate if an outgoing call was picked up by a person vs if that call connected to voicemail?

No, unfortunately not for outbound calls because we get the same connected signal for both cases.
