Chromebook log in issues

I have people trying to log into a RingCentral Meeting using a Chromebook...They are either unable to log in or get kicked out . They appear to have the Chromebook RingCentral app (at least its the app the they are asked to download when they click on the meeting link).

Anyone with any suggestions would be appreciated
