Problem with cordless phone cutting out mid call

We are using a Yealink W52P cordless phone. On one extension, about 3 minutes into a call that we originate, the customer will be able to hear us, but we cannot hear them. We end the call and call them right back and the call can finish no problem.


Any ideas?
