When in a RC meeting, having the camera icon in a fixed position either at the top or to the side when presenting

While sharing my screen during an RC meeting, if myself and the attendees have our camera's turned on; I would like to have the camera icons in a fixed position either off to the side or at the top or bottom. Currently, it is just a floating icon that has to be moved around if needing to click on a specific area or my screen.
