When I answer a call on my RC app on my phone, my status listed on my computer app still shows me as available… how do I fix that?

I keep both apps open -- one on my phone and one on my computer. For some reason, the calls come through to my cell phone faster than my computer. When I'm on a call through my RC app on my iPhone, my status still shows me as "available" on my RC app on my MacBook… even if I'm on the phone for 10-20 minutes. Every app is up-to-date. Help!

Hey, @megan-della-rossa!
Usually, for an issue like this, we recommend an uninstall and reinstall of the app - even if the apps are up-to-date.
If this doesn't help get them synced, we would recommend calling Support directly to assist with some additional troubleshooting.
