New user training resource

Hi all,

Very new to RC, We just activated our acct last week, Right now I'm just testing some of the functionality before rolling it out to the company.

Could someone suggest some key video tutorials that I can provide to the end users for their adoption of the product. For now we'll only be using PCs and mobile phones. No desk phone.

Hi, @MIke Bailoux! Great to have you!
Not sure if you've had a chance to dive into any of the content in RingCentral University, but if you haven't, it's an amazing resource.

Currently, it's broken out between Office, Contact Center, and Engage.
I'm guessing you're just using Office - so, poke around in there first.
For your end-users, there is a Beginner's Guide with three courses that might be a great place to start for your team.

And of course, we're here to help if you need any clarification!

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes we're on the Office platform. I did look through the University videos, but was curious if there was one set of tutorials for the new users, and I think what you provided should do it.
