Call routing depending on the incoming call

I am new to Rigncentral Api. I have two list of phone numbers (List A and List B). Now I want to check incoming calls, and depending on the phone numbers if its falls into List A it will be routed to extension 1 and if List B then routes to ext 2.
Now to achieve this what will be the best way?
Need urgent guidance.
