People call my RingCentral number have been getting this message all day. I am in Vancouver, Canada. I called into RingCentral and they can't fix the problem. Quite frustrating.

Hi Alan, you should have received an email from RC at about noon today indicating that they have a Canada wide issue:
Incident Notification- 28632
"A portion of RingCentral customers may be experiencing failed inbound calls and faxes to Canada over multiple carriers. "
