Error code while sending the bulk sms(high volume of sms from postman), please help us in solving this issue

API IS returning the error message : "AGW-110" error and message: "Internal Server Error. Consult RC Support." while sending the bulk sms(high volume of sms) can any help us in solving this issue

Saying "High Volume SMS", do you use a phone number which is provisioned for High Volume SMS for your account? Remember that High Volume SMS is not supported in the sandbox.

Maybe the server is temporarily down. You can check the issue by submitting a support ticket to the developers support team.
