Couldn't login using person mail id

I have signed up with my personal mail id and activated that, then using the same I hve tried to signin butit throws error like "Sorry, we don't recognize your email address."error.png

Which site do you try to login, the RC Dev Portal or the Service Web ?

Can you login with the phone number?
