Monthly recurring meetings?

The scheduling for custom rules currently only appears to handle weekly and one-shot events. I've got a recurring meeting that I'd like to not have to reschedule manually every month (2nd Wednesday of each month).

I've read those, but I don't see a way to do monthly? It looks like it can only do weekly?
