Description: We have a VVX 411 that we purchased from RC. We use a VVX D60 cordless phone as a slave to the desk phone. This cordless used to work and then quit. I ordered a new phone and the same problem persisted. I switched phone carriers and the cordless paired with the VVX 411 with no problem. Since we switched back to RC the base unit for the D60 will not pair again. It seems obvious now that the unit works but there is a glitch in the RC encoding that will not allow it to pair. This is 100% a RC problem on the development side.
