Audio lag during Meeting

I am in video meetings much of the day. The video is great, even in meetings up to 50 people. However, even in a 1:1 meeting (and all other meetings) my audio has a serious lag!! What can I do to correct this? I've tried different settings and audio connections with no results.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and updated since as well as tried different connections - hotspot, wifi, etc. I'm still having this issue of audio lag on my calls. Any other suggestions?
